The PoE passive kit can supply the power to most 10/100Mbps Ethernet devices, at an up to 50-meter distance over RJ-45 cable.

The kit includes an injector/ transmitter module and a splitter/ receiver module. It can be installed with the power adapter of your device, and adapts to the voltage. The kit transmits the power along with the data over a single RJ-45 Ethernet cable.

This solution is cost-effective, for the installation of video surveillance cameras or wireless hot spots in locations where there is a lack of wall outlets (dropped ceilings, store fronts, etc..)

All you need to do is to connect the power adapter of your network camera to the injector/ transmitter module and connect the RJ-45 plug of the module to a network switch.
Then, connect a category 5e/ 6 patch cable between the two modules and finally connect your network camera to the RJ-45 plug and power jack of the splitter/ receiver module.
