This cord is equipped with a DisplayPort connector, which is well adapted for desktop computers.
The DP1.1 provides an up to 10.8Gbps data transfer rate, with an up to 2560 x 1600 resolution. Moreover, it is equipped with an auxiliary channel of 1Mbps.
The cord has an HD-15 connector, which only transfers an analog video signal (VGA).
The converter is active. You can connect up to 3 screens (including 2 non-DisplayPort screens) or more on a single DP graphic card.
